Company Profile
The company began its operations in May 2003 on Saipan as a small air conditioning service shop. It ventured into retailing a/c and
refrigeration parts supply to various contractors and private companies on the island of Saipan. To date, the company is into
air-conditioning sales and service, ventilation, duct fabrication, sheet metal works and mechanical contracting as well as its retail
of various mechanical Air-conditioning and ventilation parts.
The list of customers (Saipan) to date includes Mobil Marianas Lower Base and Aviation Airport Road, Grace Christian Academy, LSG
Skychefs, Carrier Guam Saipan branch(as subcontractor for installs/service), Niezeki Group of Companies, GPPC, Coral Ocean Point and
various private companies.
On Guam, customers includes Fargo Pacific Inc. supply and installation of Oiless chillers and various sizes of chilled water air
handling units Andersen air force base and naval base, Guam Pacific Power Corp provide and installation of 220 split ducted units,
Belland Development for install of various a/c units for Tumon Belair project, Fargo Pacific for the supply of dehumidiers at various
Naval Housing Facilities, service maintenance for Mobil Oil Marianas Cabras Guam and Carrier Guam as subcontractor for their various
residential and commercial customers.
At present, we are working with the mechanical renovation of Saipan International Airport replacement of package units and split
ducted air conditioners complete with supply and return ducts, and the replacement of R22 HVAC of various buildings at the Naval Base
Guam, Guam Waterworks Authority Compliance Laboratory Project.
Experiences of Key Officers
Fernando F. Erese in his capacity as GM and VP for Operations has been instrumental in making the company to where it is now credits
his experience working experience from his previous employer Carrier Guam Inc. for almost 25 years in the airconditioning,
refrigeration & mechanical contracting field.
Maria Isabel Rigor Erese as President and Treasurer, carries with her more than 3 decades of experience in the field of Budgeting,
Finance & Accounting, having worked for eleven years at Carrier Guam, Inc., until she worked for the family corporation(Hydroaire)
since 2003 (Saipan), 2007 (Guam) to present.

AGANA CATHEDRAL CHURCH:
Installation of 9 package units 6 each of 20 tons, 2 of 40 tons and one (1) 30 tons PCU complete with supply and return ducting transitions ducts, commissioning and start up, testing and balancing.
BUILDING 230022 AAFB GUAM
Supply and installation of chilled water system with remote condenser and multiple chilled water AHU with nominal capacity of 60 tons, commissioning testing and balancing.
BUILDING 1625 AAFB GUAM
Supply and installation of chilled water system with remote condenser and multiple chilled water AHU with nominal capacity of 90 tons. commissioning testing and balancing.
DOCOMO MAIN CELL PHONE SERVER BUILDING
Supply and installation of 12 sets of split ducted air conditioners with nominal capacity of 5 tons complete with supply and return ducts, commissioning and start up testing and balancing.
NEW GWA COMPLIANCE LABORATORY BLDG
Supply of labor and materials for installation of aircon and exhausts fans including testing and commissioning.

July 2007 and is catering to residential, commercial and military customers(AIRFORCE & NAVAL BASES) attached is a separate profile for

2. HYDROAIRE MECHANICAL SYSTEM (SAIPAN), INC. DBA VP ENTERPRISES is also involved in HVAC, ductworks, duct and hood fabrication to cater
to customers in the CNMI (Saipan, Tinian, Rota and Northern Islands). It was established in May 2003 under sole proprietorship and was
incorporated in Jan 2015.
3. VPRD Enterprises Inc. dba Maynila Retail Mart was established in March 2010 and is a retailer of groceries, household goods, beverages
and snacks, it is also a sub agent of Western Union money remittance.
